- Order Execution & Issues handling & Providing visibility to customer about order status

- Daily dispatch planning.

- SPOC for input files from customer.

- Coordination with internal teams for order dispatches.

- Interaction with Customers on order status.

- Provide support to production & Warehouse on daily dispatches

- Priority management on orders

- MIS Updating

- Shop floor loading to make sure perso bureau is loaded.

- Good command on Ms Office.

- Good communication skills.
